Two KAWASAKI RS-006L Skimming Robots for Aluminum Ingots Casting Recycling Plant

Recycling is a critical part of the modern aluminum business. Making recycled aluminum only takes around 5% of the energy needed to make new aluminum reducing carbon emissions and saving money for businesses and end consumers. As a result, nearly 75% of all aluminum ever produced is still in use today.  

Despite benefits of aluminum recycling but it is a harsh industry for humans which makes it a big challenge for investors.

In this application ; We used two KAWASAKI RS-006L robot arms along with conveyor tracking modules to handle aluminum ingots casting skimming operation which is essential part in aluminum casting industry & still operated by humans in most plants.
